The Mud Run

The Famous Mud Run has become a YouTube sensation, accounting for 1,000s of vehicles and embarrassed drivers having to be pulled out throughout the years. The 30-metre stretch may look relatively simple to the novice, but with varying depths from 1ft up to 6ft deep of homemade Billing sludge, both luck and skill is required to accomplish this obstacle. Are you up for a challenge?

Water Galore

The course includes four water features in total. There is a short dyke crossing with steep banks. The slopes are the maximum slope that a standard Land Rover or 4x4 vehicle can negotiate with cut-outs to clear the tow bars. The island crossing feels as though you are on a real life safari, wondering what wildlife you will spot on the island as you drive through two fords on and off the island.

Then there are the two larger water features in another lake, one cutting 30 metres across a corner of the lake. The other is a stretch of water over 100 metres long, making you feel as though you could float off at any moment!

Varying Terrain

There are silt beds, camel humps, curved side slopes, tree stumps, log piles and much more. When driving the curved side slopes, you are looking diagonally across the bonnet whilst traversing across a side slope. Definitely not for the feint-hearted!
